Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you need to clean up your mess quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops I've tested are top-quality in navigation and mapping as well as the ability to remove Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.
They're also easy to use using an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and see what they're doing.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the most efficient robot mop and vacuum combination. It comes with the most recent features. This model of the highest quality is quick and agile, picking up debris like hair from pets and human hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It features a sleek and elegant app interface with an interactive map of your home, as well as buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another noteworthy feature is the S8's ability to alter its cleaning mode based on the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will wash its mopping pads more often when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas are given the first priority when mopping with mopping pads that are damp.
The mop's roller has a number of other smart features, including docks that connects to your home plumbing system to clean and wash it without having to refill the mop. You can also make use of voice commands using the S8's built-in voice assistant that can be activated by saying "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities The Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible choices. It's among the many combination robot vacuums that have mopping features that are also priced lower than other models.
Like most robot vacuums, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, the machine will start vacuuming and mops easily.
It is important to note that the mapping process can take a while and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. In addition the object detection is unpredictable and it was able to get around furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a loose tassel rug and had to flip itself over to free itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its mopping technology is advanced and features the ability to rotate in a manner similar to hand scrubbing, which results in floors that are truly cleaned and not just being swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an innovative tool that can get to places robot vacuums cannot.

This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa and additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The app's smart feature allows you to customize a number of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging base at the end of each task to clean their pads, empty the dust bins, and place the debris into a self sealing bag. This keeps the system clean and prevents allergens recirculating. And its battery longevity is sufficient to cover large areas without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more expensive robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors and a great obstacle-avoiding. It also features a unique mopping method, that uses a roller that is continuously doused with water to pull up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing, and avoiding steps. It had trouble with fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise is also quite high, so it may be less of a set-and-forget model than some.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with a docking system that allows it to replenish its clean water, empty the dustbin and wash and dry the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes upkeep easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to an ongoing basis. Eufy's app allows you to manage all the functions. It gives clear information and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot mowers available, and it offers impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with decent precision. The app lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set up no-go zones, and even alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's brush is designed to stop hair from wrapping itself around it. This is a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, which lifts these pads upward when they're in proximity to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating the carpet.
The docking station is a hands-free maintenance centre that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station has an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust and allows for seven weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8 This robot does a bang-up job at keeping my home office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to make an image of your space, so it knows where to stay away from. And, unlike robotvacuummops with mopping capabilities it detects objects and obstructions that avoids items such as bowls and dog toys (but not poop).
Other amazing features include a self-emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules within the app and adjust the settings for each room in your home.
Similar to the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you want to save time, it can skip cleaning rooms that aren't soiled. If you have a variety of flooring in your home and don't wish to spend more money on a Roborock with advanced mapping features it is a great choice.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great option. It comes with a variety of features that include a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's extremely quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. However, it can't take care of the tangled tassels of rugs and it's battery drains slightly more quickly than other models we tested in our tests.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It has a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power' for light debris to the incredibly powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automatically remove and replace its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great mop and robot vacuum for people who live in small areas. It's very quiet and fast and is a great choice for navigating tight spots. It also does a good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it is able to take photos of any object it finds (i.e. chew toys,, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they aren't picked up during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and not tied to you account.
It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot, and then it drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
